Jeremy has been keeping it real pretty much every wednesday on the old billy goat bike ride (up and down Mount Bonell and then following on around the backside). It's not too long but you can make it as tough as you want depending on whether you are man/woman enough to attack up the steep grade that is Mt. Bonnell. You won't have trouble getting your heart rate up if that's your goal. You may just feel like stopping in at the bar at the top (which is a usual stop) to swig some carbohydrates in the form of an adult beverage. It's a good time. Call the shop if you'd like the skinny.

Thanks to everyone who came out and participated in saturdays urban race! It was great to see everyone keeping a smiley face even though it dumped rain and HAIL on everyone. More thanks go out to the industry sponsors, and local shops helping with the prizes. Thanks to Soma Fab, Chris King, Profile, FBM, Swobo, Velocity USA, and Urban Velo. Local shops pitching in with us by lending prizes and manpower were, Clown Dog, Ozone Bikes, and Austin Bikes. So yeah, Thanks Dudes! We definetly look forward to having a lot more of these types of events soon. This is going to be the summer of fun.
